The Emakoko straddles on the Southern Boundary of the Nairobi National Park, just a few minutes drive from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Wilson airport, making it an excellent first stop on your Kenya Safari itinerary.

The most upscale accommodation option at The Emakoko is The Private House, which is ideal for larger groups and extended visits. The Private House, which is les above the Main Lodge, is a two bedroom private villa with a private swimming pool and designated game vehicle and provides complete privacy for the guests.
The Emakoko Lodge is tucked away on the edge of the park, offering visitors a beautiful perspective of the surrounding vistas and the diverse fauna that calls the area home. The park itself is a magnificent refuge with over 400 different bird species, making it a paradise for birdwatchers and other environment lovers. Game drives at the Nairobi National Park are fantastic and conducted daily in the morning and evening.
With only 10 rooms, the Emakoko offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere for couples as well as families with children. All the rooms are large and spacious, with high ceilings, a fire place and a bathtub. Perched on the cliff, the cottage style rooms have a fantastic view of the national park.
While here, you can fit in attractions like the giraffe centre and Elephant Orphanage. It’s incredible to feel like you are in an African Savanna yet so close to the city.
